Transportation & Logistics Company is looking for a full-time Safety Manager who can work in a team environment to ensure compliance with Federal and State DOT regulations and laws. Monitor all compliance items including physicals, licenses, random drug screens, annual reviews, hours of service regulations to ensure adherence at every operation. File IFTA, IRP Registration, overweight, and other permits. Assist management on projects as needed.
Primary Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Maintain safety files and records - Insurance ( Adding/Removing, Monitoring, Quotes on new insurance. - IRP - IFTA
Qualifications: - Deep understanding of FMCSA regulations; Trucking knowledge, as well as knowledge of DOT and other agency regulations is plus - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook, UNIQ TMS, QuickBooks, DataQ, PSP & Supervision,ClearingHouse. - Fluent English & multilingual is a Big Plus!
