Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive employee relations strategies
- Handle recruitment initiatives for office personnel.
- Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures
- Track office employee attendance
- Guide employees on their positions

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of HR experience
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Great people skills and ability to build relationships
- Proven ability to complete projects successfully

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience
