Hello,
I’m looking for driver for 53 feet flatbed (spread axle). Working for all 48 states. 2 weeks on the road and 2 weeks home time.
I pay 30% from gross. Gross a week about $8000-$10000. It will be around $2400-$3000 a week. About 3000-4000 miles a week. 2-4 loads a week.
I’m owner of this company (MC and DOT) and I’m doing everything by myself (dispatch and accounting). I’m driving for 2 weeks by myself on this truck. Then I’ll dispatch you. This is long time offer. Truck located in Ontario, CA. We will meet every 2 weeks on the yard.
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Class A driver’s license.
Minimum of 2 years flatbed driving experience.
Currently hold an interstate DOT medical card required.
Must be 25 years or older.
Absolutely clean driving record.
NO DUI.
Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
Absolutely clean background.
Must pass background check.
Must provide previous employment information.
Must fully understand flatbed business.
Must be strong and honest person.
Operate all equipment in a safe, responsible and professional manner.
Must understand how to load partials.
Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
No cell phone use while driving.
Must be able to cover loads with 6/8 ft tarps.
Must have your company (EIN number for payment).
Must be local Los Angeles / San Diego area.
Absolutely 0 “ZERO” alcohol or drugs when you on the road.
No weapon in the truck.
No flip flops driving.
Must follow by speed limit.
No pets.
No cooking inside the truck.
No microwave inside the truck.
No electric kettle inside the truck.
No electric or gas stoves inside the truck.
No sleeping on the ramps.
No 30 minutes restbreak on fuel pumps.
No team drivers.
Must keep MacroPoint and TruckerTools apps in your phone when you on the road.
Must send clean pages of BOL after each delivery by CamScanner.
Must carry $200 cash with you in case of emergency or port fee. (I will reimburse these expenses).
Must wear all PPE if they require.
Deposit $2500 (10 weeks charging $250)
(deposit will be returned after 30 days of contract termination)
