Location: Lake in the Hills, IL
We are a growing flatbed trucking company based in Lake in the Hills, IL, and we are looking for a Fleet Manager to oversee daily operations and support our drivers and equipment.

⭐ Responsibilities:
• Manage and support a fleet of trucks and flatbed trailers
• Oversee driver onboarding, orientation, and compliance
• Coordinate and schedule truck & trailer maintenance and repairs
• Monitor driver performance, safety, logs, and equipment condition
• Maintain communication with dispatch, safety, and operations
• Ensure efficient and safe day-to-day operations

⭐ Requirements:
• Valid CDL (Class A required)
• Trucking experience (flatbed preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to speak SPANISH is a plus
• Knowledge of FMCSA compliance is a plus
