We are a fast-growing trucking company with a fleet of 200 trucks and we’re looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to lead and optimize our dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily dispatch operations for a 200-truck fleet
Lead, train, and supervise dispatchers
Plan and optimize loads, routes, and schedules to maximize profitability
Monitor driver performance, hours of service, and compliance
Communicate daily with dispatchers, drivers, brokers, and customers
Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently
Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a dispatch or Dispatch Manager
Fluent in English and Spanish required
Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and HOS compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Office and trucking management software
Knowledge of freight boards
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to instruct, direct, and evaluate employees
Ability to determine the need for revision and or change in work area instructions
Ability to interpret and explain appropriate work instructions and guidelines to dispatchers and drivers
