We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented AR/AP Specialist to join our finance team.
Responsibilities:-Generate and send out invoices to customers on a timely basis
-Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
-Issue drivers' and customers account statements and reconciliation
-Research and resolve payment discrepancies
-Correspond with customers to address inquiries and resolve billing issues
-Maintain accurate records of invoicing and collections activities
-Assist in month-end closing and reporting processes
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an accounts receivable specialist or similar role at least 1 years
-Proficiency in ProTransport
-Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
-Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
-Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a must
