We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in trucking operations, and the ability to coordinate loads efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily loads
Communicate with brokers and customers
Track shipments and provide updates
Manage driver schedules and appointments
Handle paperwork and load confirmations
Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries

Requirements:

Experience in trucking/logistics preferred
Good communication and computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of load boards and dispatch systems
English speaking required additional languages are a plus
