🔍 Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processes
• Reconcile bank statements and handle monthly closing
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
• Ensure compliance with DOT and tax regulations
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations to track expenses
✅ Requirements:
• 2+ years of accounting experience (transportation industry preferred)
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and TMS software
• Strong understanding of trucking-related billing and fuel tax reporting (IFTA)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
