We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to oversee and manage all freight and accident-related claims within our trucking operations. This role is responsible for investigating, processing, and resolving claims efficiently while minimizing company liability and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process all freight, cargo, accident, and damage claims.

Investigate incidents, collect documentation, and communicate with drivers, clients, and insurance providers.

Work closely with the safety and dispatch teams to gather reports and verify claim details.

File and track insurance claims; ensure timely resolution and accurate recordkeeping.

Identify trends and recommend risk-reduction strategies.

Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and internal policies.

Requirements:
Proven experience in claims management within the transportation or logistics industry.

Strong knowledge of cargo insurance, trucking operations, and industry regulations.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
