As a Driver Relationship Specialist, you'll bridge the gap between our drivers and other departments within the company. You'll be the go-to person for driver concerns regarding miles, stops, equipment damage, fees, and home time. Your role is critical in ensuring clear communication, resolving issues, and fostering a positive relationship between drivers and the company.

Requirements:
Previous experience with CDL Over-The-Road (OTR) driving.
You need to be really good with computers, like knowing how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets well.
Positive attitude: Approach every interaction with a positive attitude and a willingness to help.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively convey information and negotiate with drivers and other departments.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and reach mutually beneficial solutions.
Self-motivated: Take initiative and work independently to address driver concerns and improve driver satisfaction.
Problem Solving Skills: Analytical thinker with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions under pressure.
