Trucking Company located in Burr Ridge IL is looking for a Billing Clerk
Work Schedule: 8 am – 5pm
Responsibilities:
Receive and review documentation from drivers
Communicate with customers and internal employees to resolve billing issues
Review client contracts to ensure correct rates are charged
Review, evaluate, and process timely invoices
Other duties as assigned; may include assisting with special projects
Requirements:
relevant billing experience in freight transportation is a plus
minimum intermediate English language required
Russian language is a plus
Ability to accurately process large volumes of documentation
Advanced Microsoft Office abilities for analysis, particularly in Excel, Google Suite ·
must pass a criminal background check
