I am leaving Chicago area in mid January. I have a lease for a large and beautiful 1 BR apartment located in South Evanston,near Oakton-Custer intersection.The rents for $725 per month. Ideally,I am going to pay for a month of January 2011, and will completely move my stuff out by January 16-20. The most of my furniture will be out by Jan 9.
You can move in in mid January and live for free until the end of Jan,then your rent is $725, and you have to be able to pass a landlord's credit check and pick up my lease. The security deposit is $725 paid to the agency.
Please let me know if you want to take a look at it. I will be definitely there between Jan 4 and 9,then Jan 11 till perhaps Jan 17-19. It is possible to schedule a December visits between Dec 27-30,but it would be a little hard for me. Please leave a message here,thanks!
I also have some nice furniture for a low priced sale. Items include queen size bed,futon, some drawers,cabinets,chairs,etc... Also, an upright piano made by P.A.Starck (compact,but heavy,you need to have a truck and 3-4 movers to get it down of the first floor). Most likely,I will sell furniture between Jan 4 and 9.
