Looking for somebody to take over our lease on a 2BR/1BA apt in Schaumburg and sign a new lease with the management company because we need to move due to job loss. Either sublease until July or a brand new lease for 1 year.

The apt is top floor, has granite counters and granite floors in the kitchen, in unit washer drier, fireplace, and is very spacious. We currently pay $1250/mo. Please let me know if you are interested or have any questions. 224-578-1284
