If you want to lose your time and money contact Anna Cherniak and hire her as your real estate agent. My mistake I trust this person to find a tenant for my condo.
I was going through the difficult time in my life after losing my son; I hired Anna as real estate professional who supposed to help me to find a decent tenant for my property.
Anna Cherniak is a horrible real estate agent who only cares about her profit. Basic responsibility of real estate agent is to check tenant’s background, and this part was completely neglected. So what are you paying your money for?
Anna Cherniak was involved in lease application fraud so she was reported to the state for her illegal activity.

Никто вам ничего не должен. Сдать в рент проперти ето бизнес, вам как ландлорду решать кого заселить и провести проверку тенанта.
