Washer and dryer are in the basement. There is pool, tennis court, parking, bicycle storage. Great location (75th and Fairview). Walmart, Home Depot is just across the street. Lots of stores within 1 mile radius. The rent is $1350. So if we split it, its gonna be $675 a month each. All included except electricity, which is approximately $20 a month (so $10 each).
