Subleasing a large renovated 1 bedroom apt seconds to Morse Red Line with lots of closet space. We can negotiate on your move in date, pretty much any date in December will work. Lease ends on July 31st, after that you have option to renew it. Very nice apt, we lived here for 5 years and really enjoyed it. We will have all the walls repainted, carpet changed and new blinds installed before we move out. Windows are facing south, so there is plenty of natural light (good for plants). We have a covered parking spot for 140$ a month (it is a little hard to find parking on the street), it will be also available for you if you need it.
