There are so many workshops, books, CDs, DVDs... you name it. Not everything is amazing, but some stuff is very moving. Actually, I am going to attend one workshop next week, my mother-in-low will be presenting some materials on " Transformational Leadership"

Of course there are! Look at the unemployment rate I, personally think most (not all) of is a bunch of BS which people eat then ask for more and help the writers make lots and lots of $...IMHO of course.

Most of the stuff I choose to read is very beneficial. It's like having a life coach, or training yourself to be one. Maybe its a phase I am going through....

I've read some of these things and they do inspire and do help you change things, etc, etc but it all lasts for about 5 minutes

Well..., I see your point, BUT! It is not always author's fault. They can only inspire you, but it is up to you to do the work. I know some methods that work for me.

Работа и потом отдых от работы и удовлетворение от сделанного и достигнутого. Отпуск. Солнечная погода. Движение. Свежий воздух. Запахи трав и деревьев, а также воздух после дождя. Неожиданно услышанная красивая музыка. Счастливые лица прохожих. Снег зимой, ручьи и и пение птиц весной, жаркое знойное лето, золотая осень. Новые услышанные где-то полезные идеи. И много чего еще.

Една, не понял, а воспринял. Правильно. Вопрос был "What makes you feel good?" Все остальное.....байда типа "о, я сегодня наотжималась с гирями до оргазма или сибаритские познания перебродившего виноградного сока"
