My fiance and I are both Christian Orthodox and would love to get married in one of the Russian churches (Chicago or Des Plaines). It will be a second marriage for both of us but our previous wedding ceremonies were conducted in court only. Does anyone know how to arrange it , what is the approximate cost, and if we have a ceremony in church, do we still have to have an official court marriage? Thank you

I called both churches a few times and no one answered. We will go there this weekend but in the meantime I wanted to ask the forum
