HELP!!! Computer was infected 20 minutes ago. Nothing cant be open! Everything is infected! I cant even open my anti virus!What is the first step ???

my desktop is blue and says "Warning: Spyware Threat Has Been Detected On Your PC" and it has a link to a fake anti-spyware site. I get popups from this site all the time (on Internet Explorer, which I don't even use anymore) and I can't use the task manager. Plus, it seems to be slowing everything down. None of the best anti-spyware programs are catching this and registry cleaners don't even work. When I search this, I see that other people have the EXACT same problems, but they're all posted on forums that I have NO IDEA how to read. So yeah, I'm in a bit of a crisis mode. Please help!!!

Есть такой прилипчивый сайт, на который иногда попадаешь, который рисует страшную картину инфицирования чуть ли не всеми известными троянами сразу. Выключить компьютер не пробовали и заново включить? Какой антивирус?
