я не особо следила за этим кейсом, но если у обвинителей нет достаточно эвиденс, то посадить её не могут гр.

Sheist: She will NOT get the four years. Four years is the maximum. As a first time offender, she probably would get one, but as stated above, she already served 3 years.

Ded- there is nothing wrong with circumstantial evidence- but the was NO evidence at all to prove each and every element of murder. It's not enough to show that she is a liar and a slut- but hey- who argued with that? Even her own attorney kinda admitted that....

Ded: I don't think so. "Not guilty" does not really mean "innocent". She would have to show malicious prosecution, a frame-up or something. She better shut the hell up and start writing the obligatory book....

Sheist- I really donno what they give in Florida to first time offenders. The judge definitely will want to show that he is not "punishing" her for the counts she was acquitted for. And he could give her the time to be served concurrently for each count- which will amount to the same year/

One thing I noticed- she was not released in the courtroom and was returned to jail, based on the verdit reading video.
