For the last 15 years we did quite a lot of mortgages (new purchase, refinance). I had a great mortgage guy and deal with him about 12 years. I knew he was good, but still was checking around for better rates, service and etc. One coworker (American guy) told me once about mortgage company he is using. I checked, tried to refinance with them and now working with them only. As well as all my friends. They are very serious, straight forward, know business and speak English only (no russian monkey business)... and they have the best rates (with covering closing cost).
