Do any of you use PNC Bank & Fifth Third (5/3) Bank for personal &/ or business accounts?
How are they in terms of customer service in person & via phone, quality of service, quality, speed & reliability of bank transactions, or just in general how are these banks?

I know about national banks & few other regional ones, but these 2 lately have good deals on personal & business accounts. Again, I could check online & consumer reports, but your personal experiences?
