Full scope of Accounts Receivable duties: Processing day-to-day transactions including inputting daily invoices
Collection of past due amounts from customers, phone calls and emails in fast-paced environment
Handling high volume AR/AP data entry tasks
Process customers payments ensuring accurate application in QuickBooks
Complete daily bank deposits using Bank Remote Deposit Capture tool
Maintain Accounts Payable Process, perform cheque runs to ensure timely payments to vendors
Processing Commissions Reports and Payments
