Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Full-Time Dog Groomer who is confident in all aspects of grooming, from bathing and brushing to breed-standard cuts and creative styling. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and passionate about animal care.

Responsibilities:
Perform full-service grooming, including bathing, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and haircuts
Groom dogs of all sizes and temperaments with safety and care
Communicate clearly with pet owners about grooming requests and special needs
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to sanitation procedures
Monitor dogs for signs of stress, illness, or injury
Deliver excellent customer service and represent Pawer Pups with professionalism

Qualifications:
1+ year professional grooming experience required (portfolio or demo may be requested)
Ability to groom dogs of various breeds and coat types
Knowledge of safe handling techniques
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Genuine love for animals and commitment to humane care
Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods
