TUESDAY NIGHT SHOOTING CLASS 3RD - 8TH GRADE BOYS AND GIRLS

APRIL 8TH - MAY 27TH; 6:00-7:00PM

Our coaches will stress the importance of shooting with proper mechanics by focusing on:

Base
Footwork
Hand Placement
Eyes
Release
This class will improve all phases of a players shooting ability, by working on:

Shooting off the move and off the dribble
Creating Space - proper way to use screens

THURSDAY NIGHT GUARD CLASS

3RD - 8TH GRADE BOYS AND GIRLS
APRIL 10TH - MAY 29TH; 7:00-8:00PM

This HIGH INTENSITY class will teach players the skills that are needed to play the Point Guard position at the highest level. Players will work to improve their speed and confidence with the ball and ability to make quick and smart plays.

Class will focus on:
Ball Handling
Attacking the basket
Breaking down pressure
Creating space
Finishing moves
Court vision
Creating opportunities for yourself and teammates

This intense (3) hour camp will cover all aspects of the offensive side of the game. Players will be run through intense drills focusing on ball handling and shooting. Players will learn how to attack the basket off of 1 on 1 moves, and different jab and rip sequences. Players attending the camp will be put through shooting drills each day working on proper footwork and form. Players will learn how to use screens and create space to put themselves in proper scoring position. Aside from skill work, campers will re-learn how to play the game of basketball, building on 1 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 on 3 and live 5 on 5 situations. This camp is taught by the Elite Basketball Coaching Staff. Players will be broken up into groups based on age and ability, camp will feature a 1:9 coach to player ratio.
