8c/m won't work. Give me the dirivative for the alternative 7.65%? Do you have St.Petersburg or Tula for this August? 4c/m is sounds good. What is the price on that?
Fees will apply only for 7.70%. Nice try. St. Petersburg is also under 8c/m, no interstate charge ( regardless the volume). Working on Tula. Would 3.76.55 work for you? Quality is not as good, but fees are also low

Lena, that's absurd. No fees. Check email with my proposition on 8.75% under 4/2cm. Gotta go work. P.S. Think about 2c/m over 4 for a sec for Tula and 4 c/m over 8 c/m under 5.67% will ya. We'll discuss charges via email.
