Просто хочу поделится собитием каторое произошло в раёне 12. Я обзванивала наших клиентов, как говорится “fallow up” поинтересоват’ся если у них ест’ какие либо вопроси И мозем ли ми чем помоч’. Таких звонков било около 20и-25и. После того как я всех обзвонила, получаю обратний звонок. Зенский голос, очен’ громкий И очень дазе не друзелюбний:
“ Hi, my name is Mary Smit ( imya vidumannoe).Somebody called me from your phone and left a massege”
На что я ей отвечаю приветливим голосом:
“ Ms. Smith, I just made about 25 phone calls, I don’t remember your name, I appolozise for that, but if you got our phone number on your caller ID, that it must be me who called you. I just wanted to follow up with you, and to see if you have any questions regarding our homes? That is all.”
"It does’t sound like your voice, it got to be somebody else. Who else is there?”
“ No ma'am, it is my massage on your voice mail. There is nobody else here today but me.”
Мэри одна из тхех людей кто” speaks at you”, and not “to you”. ( к созалению нет такого виразения в русском язике).
“I wanna talk to a person who called me, not you!”
“Mam, I was the one who called you today….”
“That is getting rediculas!You are wasting my time!”
Мэри бросила трубку.
Через минути 2-е, сново зазвонил телепхоне. У меня возникло предчувствие что ето тазе персона. Поднимаю трубку, И точно, тот зе гнусавий голос:
“It was Nicole, who left the massage! I wanna talk to her.”
“Ma'am, Nicole is not here today, she has a day off.”
“ It was her, I recognized her voice!”
“Maybe, it is an old massage from Nicole? I’m telling you again, She could’t possible call you today from this phone number!”
Мэри что-то сказала не цинзурное перед тем как бросила трубку. Черз едок минути две, опят’с зазвонил телепхоне
( Кто говорит? Слон.)
“ It was your massage on my voice mail! Why are you telling me that it was Nicole?”
“Ma'am, I talled you several times that it was my massage on your voice mail, but you kept bringing up Nicole. I apologize for the confusion. Upperantly, there was a miscommunication between us. I don’t know what else to say, except that I’m sorry if I some how confused you. If you would like to talk to Nicole, she will be here Monday. I can also ask he to call you back, I just need to take your phone number where she can reach you.”
