I am trying to sublease the huge room I have in a 3bed/2bath apt. One month deposit of $575 required. It is a duplex rear apt with modern kitchen, hardwood floors, laundry in the basement. We have one bathroom on a second floor and one on a first one, so their is a chance you are going to have your own bathroom as I did

)) There is no furniture in the living room besides a couch ,that's why you are more then welcome to bring your own.

It is our second year in this apartment and our landlord lowered the rent from $625 to $575. All utilities are not bigger than $50 per person. Internet and cable free.
